The conditions of use of this website include these Conditions of Use, the Product Warranty, Privacy and Delivery policies, the Refund and Returns Policy and any other terms and conditions or policies that appear in or are linked to or from the Site (Terms).

These Terms govern your use of, and access to, the Site.

    1. 1.1.  CCS may vary these Terms at any time.
    2. 1.2.  By continuing to use the Site you consent to any variations. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms for any variations.

    2. 2.2.  CSS does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Site, its applications, interface or contents. You must not use any trade mark displayed on the Site except as permitted by statute or with CSS's prior written consent.
    3. 2.3.  For your convenience, the Site may contain links to third party sites. The links do not indicate, expressly or impliedly, an endorsement by us of the sites or the information, products or services provided at those sites. Your access to those sites and the use the information, products and services made available at those sites is at your own risk.
  3. Use of the Site
    1. 3.1.  You must only use the Site for your own personal use. You must only display, copy, distribute, download and print portions of the Site for your own personal use

      2. 3.3.2   .to:-

  4. Social Media
    1. 4.1.  CCS uses a number of social media sites and has links to social media sites on its Site. CSS reserves the right to add, change or cease any such sites in its absolute discretion.
    2. 4.2.  Third party social media sites are governed by their own particular terms of use.
    3. 4.3.  CCS does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with any comments, opinions or statements posted by anyone other than CSS on CCS's social media sites. CCS may moderate user-posted content and may remove any content that, in CCS's opinion, is inappropriate. While content is reviewed regularly, there may be times when inappropriate or content is viewable before it can be removed.
    4. 4.4.  CCS may not inform users when content has been moderated or removed. CCS may provide warnings, or otherwise block or suspend users or their accounts in its sole discretion.
    5. 4.5.  Where you post or submit content to CSS' social media site, you warrant that you:
      1. 4.5.1.   have the permission of any person/s appearing in the content to submit it to the Site, and for them and their image or likeness to be subject to these Terms;
      2. 4.5.2.   have the right to submit the content (including copyright); and
      3. 4.5.3.   that you unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission which might infringe any moral rights you may have in the content (as defined in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth));
    6. 4.6.  CCS may copy, reproduce, publish, display, alter, or distort user submitted content, and use it for any purpose, (including without limitation, any promotions or campaigns involving CCS) at any time via any media;
    7. 4.7.  CCS does not accept any responsibility or liability where content is downloaded from the Site, nor in relation to any matters after such download.
    8. 4.8.  Third parties may comment on, link to, re-post, or otherwise deal with the user submitted content once it is submitted, and CCS does not accept any liability for such actions; and
    9. 4.9.  Any personal information you provide about yourself, or the person/s appearing in user submitted content, may be used by CCS to conduct campaigns, research and marketing activities (including informing you about special offers from CCS, and to become part of databases maintained by CCS), and otherwise be used in accordance with CCS’s Privacy Policy.

  8. Jurisdiction
    1. 8.1.  These Terms and the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the State of South Australia. If a dispute arises from these Terms, you agree to submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia, except in relation to application for any injunctive relief sought by CCS.
    2. 8.2.  The Site may be accessed in Australia and overseas. CSS makes no representations that the Site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia. If you access the Site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access the Site.
