We have confidence in the
effectiveness of our products, that’s why we provide this 60 Day Money Back Guarantee (Guarantee) for all components of our cat-proof fence kits (Products).
If you are not satisfied with the effectiveness of any Product in keeping your cat within your
property, and you have purchased the Product directly through our website, you
may contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the returns form on
our website within 60 days of the purchase date of the relevant Product explaining why you are not happy with the Product. You must provide descriptions, videos or photos demonstrating why the Products are ineffective for you. If we provide recommendations for additional cat-proofing measures, you must implement these measures at your expense, before seeking to claim this Guarantee.
Under this Guarantee, you may only return Products in undamaged, resaleable condition; we will not accept any Products which have been cut down or damaged.
Where we accept your request to claim this Guarantee, we will ask you to return the Product to us to the following address: 17 Lawrence drive Unit 4, Nerang, QLD, 4211, Australia, along with the proof of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). We do not pay the delivery charges for the return of the Product to us. Where agreed with you in writing, we can arrange for return delivery of the Products using third party freight providers. A range of
estimated delivery costs are set out below, with the cost depending on your location and the weight and dimensions of the Products. Please note, these prices are indicative only, and where we do arrange return delivery, we will notify you of the delivery cost, which you must pay to us, before we engage the freight provider.

After 60 days from the purchase price of the relevant product, we no longer provide refunds or replacements under the Guarantee.
Australian Consumer Law
In the below paragraph, “goods” means Products.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This Guarantee only applies:
• where you intend to use the Products to prevent cats from leaving your property. In other words, this Guarantee only applies in respect of keeping your cat within your property;
• for Products purchased from our website with a delivery address in Australia;
• where you have correctly installed the Products in accordance with our installation guide;
• where you have installed the Product on fences of at least 1.8 meters in height;
• where you have a timber fence and you have undertaken additional cat-proofing measures as outlined in our installation guide;
• where you have undertaken additional cat-proofing measures as recommended by us; and
• for installation in residential locations. For instance, you may not use our Products in schools or community parks.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Guarantee does not guarantee:
• that cats will be restricted from entering your property. The Products are only intended to be used to stop cats from leaving your property;
• that other animals will be restricted from leaving your property. For example, our Products do not provide a dog-proofing system;
• that our Products will be effective in restricting cats from leaving property that is a non-residential area;
• in respect of the structural or aesthetic elements of the Products;
• in respect of change of mind returns; please see our Refunds and Returns Policy on our website.
Refunds will be made to the bank card [or Stripe account] used to purchase the product.
We reserve the right to reject any claim under the Guarantee we reasonably deem fraudulent.
