REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all goods purchased from the above website. Nothing in this policy attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties, and undertakings, or other legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law. In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any and all other warranties or conditions not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in this Refunds & Returns Policy.

1. Unused Products

(This clause does not apply to defective products.)

If you wish to return an unused product and claim a refund of the price:

1.1. The product must be in its original, unused condition.

1.2. Your refund must be requested by email to support@oscillot.com.au within 30 days of the invoice date.

1.3. The product must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit. You are responsible for all packaging and re-delivery costs, including courier fees, export duties, and taxes.

with the original invoice.

Additional Terms:

We will not refund the original shipping and handling costs paid on the order.

If a "free shipping" offer was applied to your original order, we will deduct $30 from the refunded amount to cover the initial shipping cost.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned products.

A restocking fee of 25% of the net order value will be applied. The "net order value" is the total amount paid for the returned items, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts or promotional credits applied at purchase. This fee covers processing, inspecting, and restocking costs and will be deducted from your refund.

2. Defective Products

If a product is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, please refer to our Product Warranty (insert hyperlink in Word) for steps to initiate a warranty claim.

3. Change of Mind Returns

We offer refunds for change of mind returns at our absolute discretion, provided the products are in a saleable condition. To process a refund, the returned products must be:

If a "free shipping" offer was applied to your original order, we will deduct between $30 and $120 from the refunded amount to cover the initial shipping cost. Evidence of the initial shipping cost is available upon request.

Failure to comply with these terms voids any obligation by us to refund you for a change of mind return.

We are not liable for any damage caused to your fence during the installation or removal of the products.

Your refund will be made to your nominated bank account within 7 days of us receiving the returned products.
